Hey there, I’m Joy Vincent!

A certified women’s health and wellness coach and mother of eight helping mothers embrace their best selves.

As a solo mother of eight and grandma to two, I know what it’s like to feel like you’re moving a million miles an hour taking care of everyone else, but not spending enough time taking care of yourself. When managing kids, it can feel impossible to manage your health, eat well, and add movement to your life. 

I know that you’ve put your own health on the backburner to provide for your family, and you’re ready to build healthy habits so that you feel healthy, happy, full of energy, and present for your family for years to come. That’s why I am here to help as your coach and motivator.

I was at least 30 lbs overweight and not exercising when I first started working with Joy. She supported me in a nutritional meal plan and exercise program. With her support, I was able to reach my goal within a year and maintain it. She is an active listener and shares her thoughts so I can respond to the challenge when faced with difficulty. I have been successful at accomplishing my goals and am experiencing a joyful lifestyle.
